Boracay & Cebu (Day 4)

Check out my previous post here

We woke up around 7am for a swim as the sun in Boracay rise early.

We had our breakfast at our resort @ their restaurant Sensi.

We went for a walk on the opposite beach, Ms Rizan told us that this beach is not used at the moment as the tides here are low. During the end of the year, all the water activities will switch to this side of the beach as the beach we are staying would have lower tides.

We wanted to book the package from the tour guides to Mount Luho, however, we think that the charge of 750 Peso per pax was slightly high. So we decided to give up this plan and take a walk. We dawn upon on this Jonah's stall in station 1 on the opposite of the beach. We chill at this place as there were fewer people. We suddenly saw an empty Habal Habal on the road and we asked the lady of this stall whether was it possible to take Habal Habal up to Mt Luho, and she replied "Yeah, no problem".

We asked the price for return trips and the lady told us it was around 200 Peso for 2 of us excluding the entrance tickets. The entrance tickets were 130 per pax. We were taken away for awhile of the price, because it was at least 30 percent cheaper than the quoted price by the agency. We hop on the Habal Habal and there we go.

We did not regret taking this option and it was a must go place if you are in Boracay. We wanted to give up on this due to the expensive price. This stop at Mt Luho is amazing, the pictures below will tell you why..

We were thankful that the Habal habal we ride on stop us at Dmall. We had our Lunch @ I Love BBQ becuase we always see long queue for this restaurant and we decided to give it a try. We did not order much as we were still full from the heavy breakfast and milkshake.

After we taste the BBQ Ribs, we realize why there was the queue. It was awesomely delicious :) it cost us 550Peso for the salad and this BBQ rice plate.

Yes, it was full house although it was already pass lunch hour.

Since we had savings on the trip to Mt Luho, we decided to try the off-road ATV. Ms Rizan told us that we were her first customer to try this activity. It cost us 700 Peso per pax.

There was a short briefing before we start riding. Spot Ms Rizan in the cap pointing towards someone.

It is recommended to buy the mask at the counter, as it was a dusty ride.

Half way through the ATV ride, the guide stop by the beach. It was a beautiful beach as compared to the main station beach as it was still consider untouched. Beautiful.

Washing the dust and sand off us before we took the jeepy back to Dmall.

After all the activities we return to Dmall to search for food to fill our tummies.
Ok, the truth behind Boracay is that it is flooded with tourist. As you can see in the picture below we wanted to capture a sunset photo but turns out to be not the "sunset" photo we intended.

Since we are heading to Cebu the next day, we went to Smoke Resto once again to try out their other dishes. This is our top 1 restaurant choice in Boracay.

Some dessert after dinner @ Dmall street to end the day.
