Desaru, Johor

An hour drive from Johor Bahru city, arriving at Desaru is a place for a great gateaway.

Along the way, there will be interesting view. 

It is easy to get there, just search the way from the google map or GPS, and you are ready to go. There is no public transport to travel there, hitch a taxi ride if you are really keen (not all taxi in Malaysia goes by the meter).

The "Johor" Bridge

 This bridge caught my attention along our way to Desaru, which looks similar to the Penang Bridge.

Arriving the seaside, it was such a relaxing moment for me, especially after work.

Inhaling the fresh air to relax ourselves. And of course it is a great place for family picnic.

We took the panorama view of the beach. As for the cleanliness of the sea, I will rate it 2 out of 5, I will blog soon on another beach which is just a few minutes drive away from Desaru, and it is cleaner.

Feeling tired after a day, drive to the lotus beach resort for their great facilities.
